Childlike wonder

For many of us, if we stop to muse, delight conjures up images of children squealing with unrestrained pleasure that bubbles up from within.

Perhaps you can picture yourself as that child?

Where's the wonder gone?

Sadly, as we morph into adults this beautiful image, which so encapsulates the effortless yet life-affirming essence of childlike wonder and rapture, so often vanishes totally from our lives.

When was the last time you laughed out loud at something in a public place?

Or did a high-5 leap in front of your boss on getting that long sought after promotion, or, or, or…?

Time to get wonder-full!

So, my mission, should you choose to partner with me, is to help you rekindle a state of genuine, daily, wonder-filled enjoyment of the things that resonate with you personally at a mind, body and soul level.

Life is meant to be lived and delighted in, not just survived!

When I was a kid I was led to believe that I had missed out on the creative gene completely. Which is interesting, as from a very early age I was concocting all kinds of baked delights in the kitchen for hours on end (and yes I did wash the dishes – that was the one prerequisite. Make anything you want but wash all the dishes afterwards!) and wearing all sorts of interesting attire...

Which just goes to show that creativity is often viewed through a very narrow lens: as being solely the preserve of artists and people who go on to earn their money directly from the arts.

How sad! This means that, like me until some years ago, you too may be walking around thinking that you are actually not at all creative.

So here’s a thought I’d like to share: creativity is an innate skill that everybody has and has the ability to cultivate. It’s also a transferable skill.

So, not only do I aspire to coach those who don’t think they are creative to locate and connect with this creativity in themselves (focusing with one area they wish to excel in to start off with), but I’m also passionate about helping people dubbed creatives see their creativity as a fabulously transferable skill which can help them build belief and convey confidence in areas with which they struggle; be that selling their wares or connecting socially or romantically.

Creativity: connect, concoct and celebrate the wonderful being you are!

Style with

a sense of self

For me, style is about understanding and then connecting with your essence, so that you’re able to convey that in how you walk, dress, eat, decorate, entertain, socialise and engage with anyone and everyone, everyday, anywhere.

I’d love you to think of style as your calling card.

Do you wish you had one that was truly distinctive to you?

So many people do but they just don’t know how to get it.

And this is where I can help. Style is as unique and personal as you, so it goes hand in hand with working out who you really are, and wish to be & be seen to be, as you step out: of bed, the boardroom, or onto the dancefloor.

No need for anything flamboyant and over the top (I’ll do that for us both, well sometimes! I can do demure and under the radar too!).

'Just' being yourself.

It’s freeing and it’s a whole lot of fun - truly.
You’re the only one who can ever be you so you may as well enjoy every minute of it, even when it's dark and the rain is falling.

I get great delight out of helping others like you find their style, whether for interiors, attire, eating out or eating in. And then own this unique style confidently; like a delicious scent that wafts as you walk.

Fancy turning heads because you're in tune with who you are and proud to show it?
Let's make it happen.
